It’s a joke. Really.
Pop When He Drops sells satirical novelty labels. The designs, product names and copy are parody and humor. They do not name, depict or refer to any specific real person, and any resemblance to real people, living or dead, is coincidental. “He” is whoever you want it to be — an ex, a boss, a landlord, a long-running TV character. We don’t ask.
No threats, no harm
Nothing we sell or say is a threat, a wish for harm, or encouragement of violence against anyone. The whole idea is patience: you put a bottle aside and wait. If you use our products or name to threaten or harass anyone, you’re on your own and we’ll cancel your order.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any person, public figure, political party, government body, winery, champagne house or brand. Any trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
Labels only — no alcohol
We sell adhesive labels and printable designs. We don’t sell, make or ship alcohol. Our labels are decorative, for personal use on bottles you already own, and aren’t meant for commercial relabeling or resale of beverages. You must be of legal drinking age where you live to buy alcohol to put them on. Please drink responsibly.
Printable designs
The $5 printable is for your personal, non-commercial use. Print as many as you like for yourself and your friends. Please don’t resell the file or the prints.
Orders, shipping & refunds
Physical labels usually ship within 3 business days in a plain envelope. If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email us and we’ll replace it or refund it. Digital downloads can’t be returned once delivered, but if the file doesn’t work, we’ll make it right.
Your information
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We use your shipping address only to mail your order, and your email only to send receipts and, if you join the list, occasional updates. We don’t sell your information. Unsubscribe anytime.
The fine print
Products are provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
